Parsed (`parsed=true`)

Returns a parsed object with start_time, end_time, and a forecast array of periods. Each period has type (FROM, TEMPO, BECMG), start_time, end_time, wind, visibility, clouds, wx_codes, flight_rules, probability, turbulence, and icing.

Error responses

404 — no TAF for this ICAO

Many airports have METAR but no TAF — treat TAF 404 as missing forecast, not an error.
